Media buying infrastructure · LATAM
Buying advertising in LATAM shouldn't take three weeks
Adquiere is the commercial layer between the people who buy advertising space and the people who sell it. Brands and agencies ask once; we quote the suppliers, return the options in one comparable format, and handle the booking.
- Out-of-home, influencers, events and other media

Who we work with
Three ways to work with us
The problem is the same on all three sides — scattered information and slow cycles — but the solution isn't. Each profile has its own entry point.
Brands
Buy directly, without opaque middlemen. Request, compare and book space with real pricing and availability.
BrandsAgencies
Hire us as your quoting desk. We chase the suppliers; you deliver the plan on time.
AgenciesSuppliers
Receive qualified requests from brands and agencies without prospecting. List your inventory, respond, get paid.
Suppliers
The problem
This is how advertising space gets quoted today
It isn't a technology problem, it's a coordination problem. Nobody holds the full map of the market, and everyone pays the cost of hunting for it.
Without Adquiere
- Hunting down who has available inventory, supplier by supplier
- WhatsApp threads and emails full of PDFs you can't compare
- Rates that shift depending on who's asking
- Two or three weeks between brief and proposal
- Zero history: the next campaign starts from scratch again
With Adquiere
- One brief, submitted once, to every relevant supplier
- Responses in a single format: location, period, price, availability
- Side-by-side comparison before you commit budget
- Booking and confirmation with a record of who said what, and when
- Campaign and rate history that stays with you
How it works
Four steps, no discovery calls
- 01
Tell us what you need
Budget, city or zone, dates and objective. If the brief isn't final, the idea is enough to start.
- 02
We quote the suppliers
We route your request to the suppliers who actually have inventory for that profile, and we chase the answers.
- 03
You compare in one format
You get normalized options: location, period, price and availability. No translating PDFs against each other.
- 04
You book and buy
You confirm the selection and we coordinate booking, materials and installation dates with the supplier.

Solutions by supplier type
A billboard operator and a content creator don't sell alike, don't charge alike and don't need the same things from us. Each category has its own flow.

Billboards, LED screens, MUPIs, bus shelters and street furniture. Inventory with location, dimensions and availability by period.

Activations, booths, naming rights and sponsorships with tiers, attendance and clear benefits per tier.

Radio, press, cinema, transit and local digital media that don't fit the categories above.

Our product
And we're building the app that does this on its own
The service works today, run by people. In parallel we're building the platform where brands, agencies and suppliers coordinate directly, with an assistant that understands the brief in plain language — typed or spoken — and assembles the request for you.
- Requests and responses in one place, no email threads
- A supplier inbox with qualified requests
- History of rates, campaigns and availability
How we work
Three things we don't negotiate
In a market where numbers get inflated and calls go unreturned, this is what sets us apart — and what you can hold us to.
We don't invent numbers
If we don't have a verified figure, we say so. We'd rather give an uncomfortable answer than a number that collapses in your next meeting.
We don't play both sides
The supplier knows what we charge and so does the buyer. The margin is disclosed before you confirm, not after.
We answer
The market standard is not replying. Ours is replying the same business day, even when the answer is that we can't help you.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Adquiere an ad agency?
- No. We don't do strategy or creative. We're the buying layer: we find the inventory, get the quotes and handle the booking. We work alongside a brand's agency, not instead of it.
- What does Adquiere cost?
- For buyers, requesting quotes is free. We make money on the buying operation and on plans for suppliers and agencies. Details are on the pricing page.
- Which countries do you operate in?
- We operate in the Dominican Republic and open LATAM markets on demand. If you have a regional campaign, write to us and we'll tell you straight what we can cover today and what we can't.
- Do I have to use the app to work with you?
- No. The service runs through a form, email or WhatsApp. The app speeds things up and keeps your history, but it isn't a requirement.
- I'm a supplier. Do you charge me to list my inventory?
- Listing inventory and receiving requests has no entry cost. Paid plans add visibility, response tools and reporting. See the suppliers page.
Managed buying
No local tax ID, supplier credit or time for paperwork?
We buy the space under the Adquiere account, run your campaign and invoice you. One invoice for the whole campaign, margin disclosed in writing before you accept, and payment upfront — with no credit-risk premium. You advertise this week instead of next quarter.
- No account to open with each supplier
- Written agreement before anything is bought
- Proof of what actually ran
Shall we start on your side of the market?
Tell us what you need to buy or what you have to sell. We answer with a concrete path, not a discovery call.
