Your inventory stops living in a spreadsheet

VallaOS is the CMS we're building for out-of-home operators. Every face with its location, dimensions, photos, rate and availability by period — updated once and visible everywhere: your catalogue, your microsite and the quotes that reach you.

  • We migrate your current rate card at no cost
  • Availability by period, not a PDF that goes stale
  • Free to start, always

What it solves

The problem isn't having inventory. It's keeping it current

Every operator we know has the same pain: the rate card is out of date, the photos are three years old, and nobody knows for sure which face is free next month.

  • One record per face

Location, traffic direction, dimensions, lighting, obstructions and a recent photo. Filled once, never re-explained over WhatsApp.

  • Occupancy calendar

What's sold, what's pencilled in and what's open, by period. No more quoting something that was already gone.

  • Rates with rules

Price by period, volume and season, with your negotiating floor. Public, by range or on request: you decide.

  • Artwork spec sheets

Dimensions, bleed, material and lead time per format. Advertisers download them without asking you every time.

  • Requests on the same record

The quote arrives attached to the face that generated it. You answer with availability and price without hunting for anything.

  • What gets asked but not sold

Seeing which faces draw enquiries but don't close tells you where your price is off-market. It's the data nobody has.

Free and paid

Everything operational is free. You pay for the intelligence

We don't charge you to keep your inventory tidy or to receive requests: that benefits both of us. The paid plan unlocks what does the work for you.

Free, forever

  • Full inventory with photos and spec sheets
  • Availability calendar
  • Public catalogue with geolocation
  • Adquiere Page microsite included
  • Receive and answer quote requests
  • Migration of your current rate card

Paid plan — the AI layer

  • Lisa answers quotes for you, with your rates and your rules
  • 24/7 voice and chat on your microsite
  • Price suggestions based on demand and season
  • Proactive alerts on calendar gaps about to expire
  • Your own domain and a full site instead of a microsite
  • Campaign reports ready for the advertiser

How you join

You don't have to digitize anything yourself

The real barrier for an operator isn't the software price: it's the work of loading two hundred faces by hand. We do that work. Send us the Excel, PowerPoint or PDF you already use and we hand back the catalogue built, for you to approve.

  • Free migration, in any format
  • You approve before anything goes live
  • No exclusivity: keep selling through your channels

Questions about VallaOS

When will it be available?
It's in development. We don't give a date because promising one and missing it is worse than not giving one. Whoever joins the waitlist tries it first, with inventory migration included.
And in the meantime?
The service works today, run by people: you send your rate card, we structure it, and qualified requests reach you by email or WhatsApp. VallaOS automates that, it doesn't replace it.
Will my rates be visible to competitors?
Only what you authorize. You can run with a public rate, a range, or price on request. No supplier sees another supplier's rates.
Does it replace the software I already use?
If you use a playback system for digital screens, VallaOS doesn't touch it: that one handles playback, this one handles selling. If your "system" is a shared spreadsheet, then yes, it replaces it.
