What this service is
Adquiere intermediates between buyers of advertising space (brands and agencies) and the suppliers of that space. We manage requests, quotes and bookings. We do not own the inventory unless expressly stated.
Quotes
A quote reflects the information the supplier gave us at the time we asked. Availability may change until a booking is confirmed in writing. Requesting a quote creates no obligation to buy for any party.
Bookings and payments
Payment, invoicing and tax terms are agreed in writing before each booking is confirmed, including who issues the invoice to the advertiser. Without that written agreement, there is no confirmed booking.
Liability
We are responsible for managing the buying operation: transmitting the request accurately, recording what was agreed and handling incidents with the supplier. Physical execution of the medium — installation, maintenance, condition of the structure — is the supplier's responsibility, and each agreement reflects this.
Advertising content
The advertiser is responsible for ensuring its material complies with applicable law and with the supplier's and local authorities' rules. We may decline to handle material we consider illegal or deceptive.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date above. Agreements already signed are governed by the version in force when they were signed.
