Solutions · Managed buying
When opening a supplier account takes longer than the campaign
A billboard operator won't extend credit to a brand it doesn't know, and opening an account can take weeks of paperwork. With managed buying we purchase the space under Adquiere's account, run the campaign and invoice you. You go live this week instead of next quarter.

When it makes sense
Cases where this genuinely solves something
Foreign brand with no local entity
You want to run in the Dominican Republic but have no local tax ID or bank account. We buy, and invoice you where you can actually pay.
A campaign that can't wait
The supplier wants references and thirty days of paperwork. We already have the relationship and the payment history.
No credit with the supplier
A new brand gets asked for full prepayment. With our track record, terms are usually better.
Many suppliers, one invoice
Eight operators in one campaign means eight contracts and eight invoices. With this, one for everything.
One counterparty, not eight
Eight suppliers means eight payment negotiations. With us you agree terms once, in writing. We do not finance campaigns: we collect before we buy, which is why the price carries no credit-risk premium.
Execution with a paper trail
We buy, but you see what was bought, from whom and at what price. It isn't a black box.
How it works
The process, with no grey areas
- 01
1 · Written agreement
Before we buy anything: what's bought, at what price, what our margin is, who invoices and who is liable for the content.
- 02
2 · We buy and execute
Adquiere contracts the supplier under its own name, delivers materials and oversees installation and dates.
- 03
3 · You pay and get proof
One invoice from us, payable online or by transfer, plus proof of what actually ran.
The limits
What this service is not
Buying under a third party's name is standard practice in media buying, but it has a clear limit and we say it up front: it is not a way to hide who is advertising when the law requires disclosure. We'd rather lose that business than take it.
- We don't conceal the advertiser in political or electoral advertising
- We don't run health, financial or gambling ads without the permits the law requires
- The advertiser remains responsible for their content being lawful and truthful
- We decline material we consider deceptive, and we tell you why

Questions about managed buying
- Who appears as the advertiser to the supplier?
- Adquiere appears as the contracting party for the space. The advertised brand is yours and appears in the artwork, as in any campaign. What changes is who signs and pays the supplier contract.
- What do you charge for this?
- A margin on the purchase, disclosed in writing before you accept. If we also front the payment to the supplier, that's agreed separately and also put in writing.
- Does it work across several countries?
- In the Dominican Republic, yes, today. Beyond that it depends on the market and we'll tell you straight before you commit.
- What about tax?
- You receive our invoice for the service and the purchase. How you deduct it depends on your jurisdiction and your accountant — we don't advise on that, but the invoice is valid and traceable.
