Reference pricing
Between RD$60,000 and RD$300,000 per month
That is the real range for a billboard or screen in the Distrito Nacional, per face and per month. It is deliberately wide: the same avenue has faces costing several times more than others. Below is what moves that number, so you know whether your budget reaches before requesting a single quote.
- Priced per face per month, not per campaign
- Santiago and inland zones usually cost less than the DN
- No invented rate: we return actual supplier prices
What moves the price
Six variables explain almost the whole gap
The spot, not the avenue
A face seen by all morning traffic and one hidden behind a tree a hundred metres away sit on the same avenue and are not worth the same. Ask about traffic direction, sightline distance and obstructions.
Format and size
A rotating LED screen prices differently from a static billboard, and a large-format monopole differently from a pedestrian panel. Never compare two numbers without knowing the format behind each.
Illumination
An illuminated face works the heaviest evening commute hours. That difference is charged for, and usually justified on high evening-flow corridors.
Period and season
The month is the most common unit in the DR, though some operators sell by fortnight. Christmas, summer and back-to-school are committed far ahead and priced differently.
Single face or circuit
Buying a specific face is not the same as a circuit of rotating faces. Mistaking a circuit price for a single-face price is the costliest comparison error made.
Production and installation
The operator usually produces and installs the vinyl while you supply artwork. When that is not the case the total cost changes, which is why we always state it inside the quote.
What each budget buys
Orders of magnitude to orient you
Indicative monthly ranges for out-of-home advertising in the Dominican Republic. They tell you which conversation you are entering, not a rate: the final price always comes from the supplier and the specific dates.

Related questions
What people ask before booking
- Can I buy a single billboard or are there minimums?
- You can buy a single face. Some operators prefer selling packages or circuits because it simplifies their operation, but one face for one month is an ordinary purchase and gets quoted without issue.
- How much does a billboard cost in Santiago?
- Santiago usually costs below the Distrito Nacional for an equivalent format, because traffic density is lower. The gap varies by corridor: on Santiago's main avenues the difference with the DN narrows considerably.
- How far ahead should I book?
- Main Greater Santo Domingo corridors are committed weeks ahead, and peak seasons much earlier. For specific inventory, the earlier you ask, the more real options you have.
- Does the price include printing the vinyl?
- The operator normally produces and installs the vinyl while the advertiser supplies artwork to spec. When that is not the case we state it in the quote, because it changes the total campaign cost.
- Can I advertise if my company has no Dominican tax ID?
- Yes. With managed buying we purchase the space under the Adquiere account, run the campaign and invoice you where you can actually pay. It is the usual route for foreign brands with no local entity, and the margin is disclosed in writing before you accept.
Not advertising in the capital?
Santiago and the eastern zone work on different pricing and calendar logic. Each has its own page.
Rather have it explained?
Twenty minutes is usually enough to know whether your budget reaches and which inventory makes sense. If you would rather put it in writing, the form below does the same.
